30-Day Returns Policy

If you’ve given your paddle a try and decide it’s not for you, you can return it within 30 days if it’s in almost-like-new playable condition. Simply email Peter@landerpickleball.com and we will get right back at ya.

However, this returns policy is not applicable to paddles that have been used extensively. If your paddle has been used, please review the warranty below. To qualify for a return, the paddle must be in great condition and undamaged.

6-Month Warranty

This warranty covers manufacturer defects that are easily visible from a picture or video. These defects include:

• Handle breaking
• Loose or cracked edge guard
• Face cracks
• Disbonding or delamination
• Rattling

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from play
• Graphics wearing or fading
• Rattling that doesn’t affect performance
• Paddle abuse or neglect
• Damage caused by hits to the ground

Miscellaneous

This warranty is available for Lander Paddles. Lander Pickleball reserves the right to determine whether a damaged paddle is covered under our warranty. Lander Pickleball also reserves the right to decide whether to replace or repair a paddle covered under our warranty.
